COMMUNITY SUPPORT
Jackson Association for Fall Prevention and Mobility is dependent on the kind and generous support we receive from various sectors of the community. Our ability to continue to support seniors in the Jackson and West Tennessee area is due to the support of various individuals, businesses, and professions who support our organization.
Each contribution of however much is greatly appreciated. Without the support of individual contributors JAFPM is severely limited in its ability to serve Jackson and West Tennessee. Each donation of whatever amount you can afford will be used to support issues of direct importance to you and your loved ones. When you make a contribution to JAFPM you are taking an important step to support yourself and your community.
We ask as you make decisions regarding which businesses and professionals you support with your patronage that you look through the supporters listed below and make your decision at least in part on supporting those businesses which have made the commitment to support you through our organization.
If you do not see a business or other profession listed which you have a relationship with, please mention our organization to them and encourage them, if at all possible, to consider supporting us, as we continue to support you.
Platinum level community supporters provide support totaling a minimum level of $2,000 during the year. Our Diamond level community supporters provide support totaling a minimum level of $1,000 during the year. Gold level community supporters provide support totaling a minimum of $500 during the year. The community supporters listed below provide support totaling a minimum of $150 within the last year.
